Eclipse AVN726e

Finally after purchasing my new headunit it was finally installed. I took the car to a buddy of mine Ryan at Creative Audio. I purchased the dash trim from crutchfield for $31 and I was dumbfounded by the fitment of this aftermarket piece. I anticipated the dash kit to be a little off, but it was alot worst when it was installed. Here is a Video and some images after the install.

    Does the steering wheel controls work (for bluetooth, volume and mode)?
    If it does work, did you install any adapter for it to work or did it work right out the box?
    Also, did you need to install a mic for the unit (for bluetooth)? If you did, where did you put it?
